International PhD Program in Biomedicine
The Department of Biomedicine (DBM) belongs to the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Basel, Switzerland. The DBM promotes basic and translational biomedical research at the highest international level. The interdisciplinary PhD program is associated with the PhD program in Molecular and Cellular Biology offered by the Biozentrum. Around 120 PhD students enrolled in the PhD program of the Faculty of Science perform their thesis in one of the 60 research labs.
